Sassy Loot

While driving near classic corner building several times we had glanced at sassy spoons Alice in wonderland deco & then finally on a special occasion we decided to go there, & as we entered, there was a lotta noise which remixed with the usual numbers which were playing in the background, we looked at the menu and decided to order from its hasty staff for something known as Otak Otak as a starter which infact felt like a name changed for a flubbery fish sausage from a frozen food pack which was for Rs370 for a set of four, 4 and a half inch fish sausage and then we ordered Thai Style chicken with birds eye chili and oyster sauce with spicy noodles, which infact if you see it and taste with your senses was like having 3/4th size patanjali masala noodle serving covered with a boiled cabbage leaflet sprinkled with boiled shredded chicken and a lil boiled watery sauce for Rs 570 and for drinks we ordered a drink called Cosmo which was like having orangey colored extremely sour lime flavored beverage in a slimmest possible conical glass for Rs 750 and Sassy Margarita which was like usual flavored wine, edged with salt for Rs 750 and to do the final damage we just felt like having strawberry balsamic sugar free ice-cream small cup for Rs100 which was like having low milk and sugar free strawberry gelato and 3 tarts for few hundreds amounting the total bill to Rs 3000 with various extra taxes(swach bharat) and as we had come for a dear occasion we wrapped half of our meal and drinks with a smiling face and a pinch of salt….my advice for sassy spoons chef and its owner is to take their spoon and taste basic gourmet flavors from in around India and the world and then learn and earn and stop your sassy loot. (For any doubts if you ever visit this pink nursery do try these dishes and taste it for yourself)

high tea delights

After the gloomy rains came in the sultry sun...what is with the SASSY weather lately.

Beating the blues with some high tea delights at Sassy Spoon and absolutely loving it..

The wholewheat pancakes, scones, cinnamon bun maska with chai are such pleasant variations of classic dishes.
